Buyer Terms

These terms apply when you buy on Olfactory Archive. They add to, and form part of, our Terms of Service.
Buying on the Archive
When you purchase a fragrance or sample, you buy it directly from the independent brand that lists it. The Archive provides the marketplace and processes payment; the brand is responsible for the product and its fulfilment.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. A selection that includes items from more than one brand may be paid as a separate charge per brand, since each brand is paid directly.
Samples and bottles
Many works are offered as small samples as well as full bottles, so you can try a composition before committing. Sample sizes and prices are shown on each listing.
Shipping and delivery
Items are shipped by the brand you bought from. Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the brand and your location, and are shown at checkout where applicable. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.
Returns and issues
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us at support@olfactoryarchive.com and see our Refund & Returns policy. Because fragrance is a personal-care product, some returns may be limited for hygiene and safety reasons.
Fair use
Please buy in good faith. Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of returns, or misuse of the Archive may result in loss of access.
