Our approach

Brands are responsible for ensuring their names, images, and listings do not infringe anyone else’s rights. We remove infringing material when we are properly notified, and we may suspend repeat infringers.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on the Archive infringes your copyright or trademark, email legal@olfactoryarchive.com with:

• your name and contact details;
• identification of the work or mark you own;
• a link to the specific listing or content in question;
• a statement that you believe the use is unauthorised;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to legal@olfactoryarchive.com identifying the content, explaining why, and consenting to the appropriate jurisdiction for any dispute.

Good faith

Submitting a knowingly false notice or counter-notice may carry legal consequences. Please report only genuine concerns.
